S.T.A.R.T. is a system of interactive smart cones and movement tracking gloves that supports MODBOX users in self-learning and learning without direct attention from a coach. Research from MODBOX participants found that the large number of athletes in a training session created a situation where they were unable to receive proper coaching. Thus, S.T.A.R.T. was designed, allowing athletes to practice drills even without instruction.
